Rates and Payments
Rates for face to face counselling services are based
on a sliding scale, and are negotiated with the counsellor at the time of
beginning counselling sessions. Intensive retreats are $60 per hour
of counselling, with 2 hours of counselling for each day of your retreat.
There are various products and services available
online, without meeting the counsellor face to face. The rates and
descriptions of these services are listed below, as well as links for
payment through PayPal.

**Please note** You may send journals or request sessions or courses without payment being made. When payment has been
received, the services from the counsellor that you have requested can be provided.
Pay by PayPal (preferred)
If you can not pay by PayPal, arrangements can be made
to send payment by certified cheque or money order via snail mail.

1 hour Counselling Conference, Chat and/or Voice.
This counselling option provides for a one hour counselling
session online in real time with the counsellor, using chat media and/or
voice chat. Yahoo or MSN messenger systems can be used, but the
preferred mode is Skype, or for just text chat, the chat option in
SAFe-mail can be used. Contact the counsellor to schedule a
session time.

This counselling option provides for a one hour counselling
session via telephone with the counsellor. Availability may be
limited, based on geographical location. Contact
the counsellor to schedule a session time. You will need to
provide the telephone number at which the counsellor can reach you.

2 hour Telephone Counselling Session.
This counselling option provides for a two hour counselling
session via telephone with the counsellor. Availability may be
limited, based on geographical location. Contact

provide the telephone number at which the counsellor can reach you.

Journal Consultation and Reply
This counselling option includes one Journal Consultation form or
email sent from you
detailing your issues, and one detailed email reply from the
counsellor, which will be sent after your payment is received.
The Journal Consultation form will be placed in your account, for you
to communicate with the counsellor at your convenience, after you have
completed Part 1 of the Detailed Registration form and the counsellor
confirms you as a registered client.

Self-Help Journal.
When you choose this option, the counsellor will provide you with
a format for doing two weeks of daily journalling through your account
on the website, to help you in
sorting through your issues. When you send these daily journals
to the counsellor for feedback, the counsellor will send one email in
reply to you at the end of the two weeks, with feedback on identified
patterns and possible solutions. The cost is less for this as
YOU are doing most of the work.

Relationship Reframe Course
Learn about how relationships work, develop your relational
skills, discover how to work through issues and resolve relational
conflict. Along with the course material, with each lesson you
will receive exercises to fill out through the forms system on this
website, and feedback from the counsellor in regards to the issues you
work in this manner.

Marriage Relationship Reframe Course
Learn about how relationships work, develop your relational
skills, discover how to work through issues and resolve relational
conflict, especially in regards to marriage. Along with the course material, with each lesson you
will receive exercises to fill out through the forms system on this
website, and feedback from the counsellor in regards to the issues you
work in this manner. This course is best done by both spouses
together, as there are exercises for you to do together, as well as
individually.

Family Relationship Reframe Course
Learn about how relationships work, develop your relational
skills, discover how to work through issues and resolve relational
conflict, especially in regards to family relationships.
Parent/child relationships and extended family interactions will be
discussed. Along with the course material, with each lesson you
will receive exercises to fill out through the forms system on this
website, and feedback from the counsellor in regards to the issues you
work in this manner.
