Self Help Courses
Courses are available in a self-help study format online, with the
lessons and assignments presented through the forms system.
To sign up
for a course, you must first go through the registration
process, then you can request and pay for the course that you wish
to take from the counsellor.
To access the lessons for your chosen course, log
in to your account, select the appropriate lesson from the forms list,
complete it, and send it through to the counsellor for feedback. The counsellor will assign you the next lesson, as you complete each
previous lesson, and assist you as needed with the work you are doing.
You will also receive a pdf booklet with the study lessons and exercises, for your
personal use.
Some courses are also available as seminars. To book Carolyn
to come to your location to present a seminar, please email
me.

***Please note that these courses are self-help courses, aimed at
helping people learn some tools to work out their own personal and
relational issues. They are NOT courses towards a counselling
degree.***

Relationship Reframe Course
Learn about how relationships work, develop your relational
skills, discover how to work through issues and resolve relational
conflict. Along with the course material, with each lesson you
will receive exercises to fill out through the forms system on this
website, and feedback from the counsellor in regards to the issues you
work in this manner.

Marriage Relationship Reframe Course
Learn about how relationships work, develop your relational
skills, discover how to work through issues and resolve relational
conflict, especially in regards to marriage. Along with the course material, with each lesson you
will receive exercises to fill out through the forms system on this
website, and feedback from the counsellor in regards to the issues you
work in this manner. This course is best done by both spouses
together, as there are exercises for you to do together, as well as
individually.

Family Relationship Reframe Course
Learn about how relationships work, develop your relational
skills, discover how to work through issues and resolve relational
conflict, especially in regards to family relationships.
Parent/child relationships and extended family interactions will be
discussed. Along with the course material, with each lesson you
will receive exercises to fill out through the forms system on this
website, and feedback from the counsellor in regards to the issues you
work in this manner.
