Personal Help Forum and Chatroom

This is a private forum, with chat, moderated by two professional counsellors, in which people can receive help and support, free of charge, as members support each other.  There are also studies and  discussions on Life Issues.

New members may participate only when their membership has been approved by one of the counsellors.  Before we approve  your membership, we will discuss your situation with you, by email or private chat, to assess whether the support group forum would be an appropriate option for you.  Every forum member is required to agree to the Chatroom and Forum Guidelines before they will be allowed access to post or chat in the forum.  In general, this is a basic agreement of respect and confidentiality.  For more information, please contact me.

**Please note**  While we attempt to make every effort to keep the forum secure, and aim to keep it a safe place in which to share your struggles, it is only as secure as each of its members make it.  If you are uncomfortable discussing certain information openly in a support group situation, we encourage you to send a private message to one of the counsellors and/or set an appointment to discuss your issues.
