In Person Counselling

In Person (face to face) appointments are available by appointment only. My office is located in the Municipality of Kincardine.

As my office location is a home office, the address is not posted on my website. Contact me about directions to my location and arrangements that can be made for meeting in person for counselling. Those living locally can set times through telephone or email as needed.

Rates:

Payment for face to face sessions is usually $125 per hour (HST included where applicable), and is expected to be paid at the session time, or as arranged with the counsellor. Payment maybe made via cash, cheque, e-transfer, or PayPal. Click here to pay online through PayPal.

If this rate is a hardship for you, there may be discounts and/or assistance available. Please speak with the counsellor about this.

For those with a workplace benefit plan, you may be able to access and have my counselling services covered through your Employee Assistance Program (EAP/EFAP). Please ask for information about this. If your benefit plan covers Registered Psychotherapists, you also may have coverage for Carolyn's services.

For those coming from a distance, or who prefer the option of setting aside several days to specifically focus on working through issues, intensive counselling retreats are available, at a lower rate per hour.

Office Hours:

Monday to Friday: Morning and afternoon appointments available.
Thursday: Evening appointments available. Evening appointments on other days available by special arrangement on request.

Saturday appointments are available by special arrangement only. Online counselling may be scheduled as needed on weekdays and evenings during office hours.
